Member Listing
Guidelines
Howdy ya'll. If you're a
Western Performer, we'd like to extend to you the courtesy of
listing yourself in our member's database. We are Performers
and promoters too, and we know the value of being seen,
whether online or in person. We extend this courtesy to you
with absolutely no charge. Yes, that right, FREE...GRATIS...it
costs you NOTHING, ZIP...ZERO...ZILCH! You might be asking
yourself, "why add my listing?". It is simple, we are a Talent
Bookers , referral service and we get hundreds of Requests
weekly and we do anything it takes to fill those requests. If
you are listed with us, and we get a request in your region,
you will be our first contact. We will check your availability
and ask you to quote your Rates. Conversely, if you are not
listed, we have NO idea who you are and cannot submit you for
the gig, or refer people to your service, it is that simple.
ON a side note, we just Cast 6 Trick Ropers for a new Reba
McIntyre Video which was an awesome experience for the
Performers we booked. We also Booked a Trick Roper for the
National Realtors Association Convention in Chicago. The
performer was booked for $1500.00 for a 20 minute show plus
all incidentals including airfare and hotel. Not a bad gig!
We do, however, have some guidelines to follow in order to be
listed. Don't worry, they are painless!

1. You must
provide a Promotional Picture. You should email it to
Robert@wildwestperformers.com. Please include your
complete contact information in this email for our
records. Clients want to see what they are buying.
If you do
not provide a picture, your listing will denied.
2. You should be as thorough as possible in the
information you provide. For example, if you won't travel
or have limits as to where you will perform, please note
that in your information somewhere.
3. Please, DO NOT provide links to your personal Web Site.
This defeats the purpose of our job as the Talent Booker
and referral service. We will make the initial contact
with the Client, tell them your fees, provide contracts
and riders and insure your safety, well- being and the
appropriateness of the contract. All with your best
interests in complete regard, at the forefront and
throughout the life of the contract.
Any
listing that has a direct link to their Web Site or Email
will be denied. |
See, they are painless.
If you are requested for a performance, you will receive an
email or phone call from us with all the details. We will then
ask for your availability and rates. When you are booked, you
will receive a contract with all the information needed for
the gig. Please note, we DO NOT charge you, the Performer
anything for being booked. All Booking fees are agreed to and
incurred by the Client. We do ask, however, that if you are
not already a member of WildWestPerformers.com that you join
after your first booking. This is by no means mandatory, just
an action of good will on your part. You will not be
penalized for not joining, we promise! However, the
unrelenting guilt of not joining after we have booked you will
undoubtedly consume you, eventually.
